1 million SMS typhoon!
Check out a recent interview I filmed with Richard Villane, Head of Fundraising from The Red Cross, Philippines.
Here he describes a recent Red Cross cell phone campaign to raise money for those affected by Typhoon Frank. 1.8 million pesos ( around$US 200,000) in total was raised within just 5 days!
And, most importantly, 1 million SMS were sent throughout this campaign.
